Over the next two decades, around 10,500 new high quality homes are coming to Glen Innes, Panmure and Point England. In addition, the Tāmaki regeneration programme will include significant investment in town centres, parks, walkways, streets, public transport, stormwater, wastewater and other infrastructure.
Glen Innes is a young, diverse and close-knit community with a thriving cultural and arts scene. The area is blessed with many green spaces, and is bordered by Colin Maiden Park to the west and Point England Reserve and the coast to the east.
Panmure is a lively ‘town within a city’, with a strong community spirit. It’s nestled underneath the striking Maungarei (Mt Wellington) and alongside the Panmure basin and Tāmaki river.
The family-oriented seaside suburb of Point England is known for its warm, culturally diverse community. It’s popular with families who enjoy the plentiful green space and quality schooling in the area.
