Tāmaki Regeneration Company is now offering LEVEL UP, a free business support programme to help your business adapt and thrive following the Covid-19 pandemic. Our friendly team will work with you on a plan to identify your business needs in this current economic climate, and connect or refer you to the services needed to confidently sustain, grow or scale. These could include a small pool of grant funding or access to a range of workshops.
If you own or manage a local business and would like to find out more about LEVEL UP, start the ball rolling by filling in a brief form after which you’ll get a follow-up call from our team.
When business owners register for LEVEL UP, they will join a zero-fee network of Tāmaki businesses and be able to participate in free workshops, facilitated by Deloitte and others. These specialist-skill workshops cover accounting and tax, strategy and business basics, finance, social enterprise overview, storytelling and pitching, and sales and marketing. The workshops run from late October until February 2021. Each of the six half-day workshops concludes with networking over a hosted dinner.

Tuesday 17th November - Strategy & Business Basics
Tuesday 24th November - Accounting & Tax

Our business networking events bring together Tāmaki business owners to share, learn and stay connected. By forming a group of local business owners, you could accelerate innovation and growth, and gain a diverse mix of ideas and opinions.
Our last business networking event was held in early July to launch our ‘Support Local’ campaign and gain valuable insights into our development plans for the Employment Precinct neighbourhood.

Tāmaki Regeneration Co. launched a six week ‘Support local’ campaign to profile eight business owners, their businesses, and personal stories. Through a mix of online and outdoor media we asked locals to make it count here at home by shopping locally. You can read some of these amazing stories here.
Over the next two decades we will be investing in Glen Innes, Point England and Panmure to transform the quality of the housing, amenity and infrastructure in these neighbourhoods. Tāmaki’s 18,000 residents will grow to 60,000 by 2043 and its infrastructure will be renewed to meet the needs of the community. Old state housing will make way for new, modern, well designed homes in attractive streets. The Tāmaki regeneration programme will strengthen the local economy and support a growing, thriving community.
